Project “Technological modernization in the enterprise”

For the past year 2024, we participated in the “Technological Modernization of the Enterprise” Project funded by the European Union. We have invested over 1,000,000 BGN in the reconstruction of the enterprise and the purchase of new machines.

We have purchased 3 new metal detectors, a dishwasher, a screw peeling machine and three convection ovens in order to monitor the quality of our products even more precisely. We also purchased two vegetable cutting machines and a paddle mixer.

In 2025 and 2026, we are again participating in a project funded by the European Union, namely: “Support for the transition to a circular economy in enterprises”.

We plan to purchase new machines for dosing and sealing salads, as well as a steam cooking chamber, as our goal is to drastically reduce the use of plastic.

 In order to put the machines into operation, we will need to make quite large infrastructure reforms. The planned investments are over 1,500,000 BGN.
