Our fresh salads are made with specially selected vegetables of the highest quality. They are cut in cutting machines to extend their freshness and preserve flavour. We use special equipment to wash all our vegetables with extreme care and to achieve results which are a lot better than the standard washing methods typically used at home. Then we dry them in a professional centrifugal spin dryer and pack them in the packaging you are already familiar with in order to deliver them to you in a perfect condition.
