Green salad with beetroot



  • 1 medium green salad or green salad mix
  • 1 packaging of boiled beetroot Denito

For the dressing:

  • 1 table spoon red vinegar
  • 3/4 tea spoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove salt black pepper
  • olive oil
  • parsley

Preparation method

Wash and cut salads. Drain beetroot from the excess liquid and cut it to wedges or big cubes. Prepare the dressing: Mix and stir all the ingredients.
