Crispy Chicken Fillets
Ingredients
- 400g chicken tenders
- 1 ½ cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 150ml milk
- black pepper
- salt
Preparation
Whisk eggs in a bowl and add milk. Cut chicken tenders lengthways and season with salt and pepper. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then place in flour mixture, a few pieces at a time. Turn to coat. Fry in well heated oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
