How to make a cold doner sandwich
Preparing the bread:

- If you prefer, you can lightly toast the bread to make it crispy.
Arranging the ingredients:
- Place 50 g of iceberg lettuce on the bottom half of the bread.
- Add a tomato, cut into circles, on top of the iceberg.
- Place the doner salad on top of the tomatoes, carefully distributing the mixture along the entire length of the sandwich.
- Sprinkle finely chopped green onions on the doner salad.
Seasoning:
- If desired, you can add salt and pepper to taste.
Serving:
- Close the sandwich with the top of the bread and cut it in half if desired. Serve immediately.
