Beetroot Dipp
Ingredients
- 2-3 medium size steamed beetroot Denito
- 1 cup greek yoghurt
- 2 garlic gloves
- 1 pinch of cumin
- salt to taste
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
Preparation method
Chop the beetroot roughly and put all ingredients in a food processor and process till smooth and creamy. Sprinkle some crushed almonds on the top or nuts of your choice.
