Air Fryer Crusted Cheese



  • 300g white cheese, mozzarella, or some soft cheese
  • 3tbsp corn starch
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup panko
  • 1tsp oregano
  • garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt


Grate cheese.

Heat the Air Fryer at 200 C. Form balls or sticks from the cheese mixture. Dip in corn starch. Leave in fridge for 40 minutes.

In a bowl, mix salt, garlic powder, and panko. Dip in the cheese balls/sticks in eggs and then in the dry mixture. Leave in fridge for another 10-15 minutes. Then, again dip in eggs and panko.

Cook for 10 minutes. Turn during cooking.
